I have had 6 pieces of art framed in the last several months with frame plus art. Not only were the staff knowledgable and patient while I decided on different mountings and coloured mats but I was walked through some of the differences between glass and finish options for them all. My art isn't worth millions of dollars but I felt like it was cared for in the same way their higher end clients art would be cared for!
