Pulling a 5th wheel we found ourselves with a dead...

Pulling a 5th wheel we found ourselves with a dead battery and later emissions errors. We made it to AZ and knew we needed service. We went to Findley and was told we had 2 sensors out. Findley CS did a great job of working with us. Getting us a rental car and getting the parts in. We were happy until we were told that they could not get the sensors out (rusted in) and it would be $3500 for a new particulate filter. We told them to put the truck back together and we would take it somewhere else to be removed. When we picked up the truck we noticed that one of the sensor wires were cut intentionally and put in slow down mode. We did have the sensors removed within hours somewhere else for a couple hundred but we will be taking it to a different dealership to have the messages reset. We do not trust this dealership. This is no way to do business!!
