Price: Normally you'd be paying $130+ for this course. I've seen it as high as $175. Realistically it is NOT worth this price. I played in the afternoon at 3:20pm for $70, which I think is a good price for the course. I Barely finished in time for dark, and that was only because they let me out early as a single at 3pm instead. Pace of play is fast.

Condition: from a glance I didn't think the course looked healthy, but surprisingly the greens are in excellent shape, fairway bunkers are filled with soft white sand, and areas around the green are green and even. Fairways looked dry but were actually healthy grass and evenly cut. Hardly any brown patches. Tee boxes are under repair but the part that you tee off from isn't too bad. Most of the rough is browned grass (I think on purpose).

Overall a great course for $70 - $90 only. Great beautiful fairways, good bunkers, fun layout, good pace of play, great area surroundings.
