Really irritating phone reservations: estimated waiting times that drop and then boom, "maybe it's my time" but, nobody answers (in short, at Tim's call center).
Online, through insurance (therefore, for a fee), it worked quite well even if with a reservation fixed after 1 month.
Visit about 1 hour late compared to the scheduled time and organization of the same to forget. Narrow corridor with 3 different clinics and people standing back to the wall, too small waiting room and doctor who, with his slip of paper, goes out to call the person attacked by the patients asking for information at each visit. In short, first republic procedures.
A larger waiting room would be welcome, with a luminous display with indications about waiting times and shifts.
I give 2 stars and not 1, just because of the visit itself I was very satisfied.
