I just recently sent my vintage, U.S.A. varsity jacket, to Arrow Fabric & Leather Care located in Kansas City, Kansas. The jacket's satin quilted liner was completely worn out. The leather sleeves were somewhat discolored, and overall, the jacket had not been cleaned for decades.
Susan, at Arrow s customer service department, made it very easy, with no cost to me, to send my jacket to them for repair. After approximately
2.5 weeks, I received my jacket back . After opening the package, I was truly amazed with what I saw, the jacket looked as though it was Brand New! AMAZING!!! The super high quality workmanship was immediately apparent... The old liner had been expertly replaced, along with two new added inside pockets. The leather sleeves discoloration was now gone, being cleaned and restored to, LIKE NEW CONDITION." Great to know such awesome quality of workmanship, such as this, still exists today.
In all aspects of their service, I fully recommend the high quality restoration workmanship of Arrow Fabric & Leather Care, who employ over
100 years of experience, by providing the best finished results available.
I wouldn't hesitate at all to use their fantastic restoration service again, and do so recommend them to anyone who needs their wonderful service.
You Won't Be Disappointed!!!
