Dear @Flipkart Team,
This is my big mistake that

I buy a laptop 29-05-2020 from your website against Order-OD*********** & it is delivered 31.05.2020. Ordered Laptop is in Dead / defected condition. After that I raised a return request date 02.06.2020. And as per the @Flipkart policy/ representative told me please wait for the technical team verification upto 9 June 2020 after that return will be initiate. But no technical teams came to me or contact me. After that I again called @Flipkart customer care & they extended this date upto 13.06.2020. Again same thing happened not technical team called me or visited upto 13.06.2020. Again I called @Flipkart customer care & they accepted my return request due to the no technical visit. He initiated replacement laptop. After so much of follow up or called 15.06.2020 @Flipkart courier person came & told me as per your return request you mentioned product is damage, but it is in dead condition, you need revise your request. So you cancel this request through customer care & raise new request mention product is dead condition. Same thing I done.
Still no @Flipkart representative called me again this issue. I am following him so many times & ever time he told me due to technical issue he is not able to raise return / refund request wait for 48 hours. Now today is 20.06.2020 & his waiting time is over (more than 80 hour's) & still problem is not resolve.
Seriously now the @Flipkart service is going to very bad condition after @walmart acquired.
This is my personal experience which I am facing right now. I checked @Flipkart Facebook page or Twitter many of the customers facing same issues.

So I am not recommending anyone to buy online through @Flipkart.
Right now everyone facing #Covid19 situation. That s why I buy laptop through online. At least @Flipkart need help to your @Flipkart customers. But In this #Covid19 situation you are creating so many problems to @Flipkart customers. @Flipkart has not a good work ethics

Thanks @Flipkart for my last order. In future I will not buy anything from @Flipkart
