Instead of apologizing me you people are putting blame on me? This is so unfair

1. You have just shared the insurance link on 5th March but never told me that if I'll not do their insurance policy than I need to pay $5000USD when I asked you if I can do it from my agent you said yes you can that's why I have done it. You were not knowing about the the consequences as APJ Tours & Travel have booked through another travel company and were the 3rd party which I was not aware.

2. One day prior to my travel on 9th March in the evening at 6pm they told me that if I'll not do their insurance policy than I have to carry 5000USD.
I was busy doing shopping for my travel and I got to know a day prior to my travel that these people have gave me incomplete information because of which I need to carry 5000USD.
Which bank opens in the evening at 6pm? Next day morning at 5am I need to leave home for the airport.

3. I spoke to their superior authority & told him that I was not aware if I'll not do their insurance policy than all my bookings will be of no use. But they were not ready to accept that this mistake was from their end.

4. I made them understand if this is the case than why didn't they did it from their end? At the end I was ready to do as per hotel policy but it was too late so I couldn't do it. As it should be done before 24hours of my travel.

5. When I reached at Maldives hoteliers asking about my Covid-19 Isolation policy and they checked my policy and informed me that Covid-19 isolation is not include in this policy. So, they will charge USD5000 as a security deposit. Immediately, I called to my agents that do something I don't have it. They said I have to pay them, they can't do anything.
The hotelier told me if they'll receive an email from my agent that they'll take my guarantee than I don't need to give 5000USD as security deposit. Guess what, they asked me to transfer money than they'll send an email to the hotelier.
APJ Tours & Travel didn't took my stand and left me all alone asking me to transfer the money.

6. They never contacted me after that & just after posting this review about my experience with them they called me today on 18th March 2021.

7. I begged in front of them to let me stay over there even after paying the full amount a month prior just because of APJ Travels.
luckily one good person helped me who was not knowing me still took my guarantee and gave security deposit on my behalf.
I also paid another 600 USD as a security deposit which these people never told me.
I can't even tell how I felt at that moment? My 1st day was wasted my mood was spoiled because of all this. Still they don't have the courtesy to apologize for their mistake and not ready to accept their mistake.

In the end they are saying below:
"We are trying to give the best services to you
Thank You So Much"

Please advice what service I got in all this?
I was with my wife on honeymoon tour. My self respect in front of her is all gone. All because of APJ Tours & Travel I have faced such situation the worst experience of my life.
