I've gone there for Thanksgiving for years. I was so disappointed for the first time ever. The flavor of the food was great. We had to call 3 times to confirm a reservation. They still messed up part of the reservation but fixed it. The service was slow and awkward. The desserts were thaw and serve and subpar. Every time we went through the line they were out of something. Mashed potatoes, rolls, butter, roast beef. They seemed to wait to run out of the food before bothering to refill it. The food itself, apart from the mediocre deserts was very good and I had a good time because I love being with family but for what we paid, I expected better. The remodel is unimpressive as well and with the removal of carpeting the echo and sound made conversation near impossible.
