I just left Fox after paying my invoice. I ordered gates and they were to be installed 11/11/20. They put the posts in and didn't return. On 11/16/2020 we contacted Fox and were then informed Felippe should be out on "today" to finish up the job. Well Filippe didn't come, didn't call, nothing. I received a call from Fox on 11/19/2020 from Kim about paying the balance of my invoice. I told Kim I would pay when the job was finished. Kim called me back to say Fillipe would be out the next day 11/20/2020. So as it turns out, Fillipe did not come AGAIN as scheduled. In fact he came 11/30/2020 & finished on 12/1/2020. I attempted to tell Kim both times I spoke with her that the communication could definitely be improved upon. My husband took off with 2x waiting for Fillipe, but he was no show, no call. I was going to order my kitchen cabinets today, but decided to go elsewhere and get better customer service and more importantly, feel valued as a customer.

Customer service has al ot to be desired. Too many un- masked employees. I mentioned to 2 staff who didn't seem to care. One responsed "as long as were are 6ft apart, there is no problem", the other just stood there silent. I spoke directly to the young man who stood there maskless, but he made no move to put the mask on despite me verbally stating I was not comfortable. As I was walking, several more staff maskless.
