Beyond belief bad. My wife sat in the emergency room lobby for almost 3 hours in excruciating pain. The emergency room lobby was practically empty. The few who were there appeared to have lesser problems - none in searing pain. As the pain killers wore off my wife almost passed out. I asked several times how soon. Repeatedly I was told "it won't be too long". Finally, after 2 hours and 45 minutes i noticed everyone that was in the lobby when we arrived was taken before us and othersthat arrived after were being taken. I demanded to see someone. The same blonde haired lady that did our triage said, "what's the problem?" Some triage. They still would not give us a time. My wife left in agonizing pain.
