Recently filed a claim for a totaled truck. IMT came back with a valuation $5000 less than KBB, NADA, Edmunds, and all the comparable trucks on Autotrader. They were comparing my truck to others that weren't even close to the same. Their excuse was "these are the closest trucks we could find" All these trucks were of much lower value which brought down their estimate. A very frustrating and time consuming process. I will be moving my coverage elsewhere. I would advise not to use IMT for your insurance coverage.
