I had lunch at the parlour location and waited for more than 20 minutes to get someone to serve me, the manager included. Everyone was looking at me waiting but my waitress never returned. I felt deliberately ignored. Another waitress had to serve me for the rest of my meal. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never return or recommend this place.
