Nice and pleasant med spa and staff. It took me a while to decide on getting Coolsculpting. I finally went for it and took advantage of the special buy 2 get 1 free. The procedure went smooth. It took one hour per area, definitely painless and no downtime at all. I am excited to see the result. Dr. O'Connell was great I will come back for Botox.
