Withdrawal in 1h which lasts almost 1h ...
Never having made a withdrawal in 1 hour via a pre-order internet, I thought to save time.
Concretely it was the opposite.
I go first to the reception to ask where to go to get my product. I am told garden center then I am told that it will settle at the stand agreement (which is not indicated), then must understand that it is hidden in a small corner of the garden ... no explanation about the operation but no trace of my product.
I am looking after the booth agreement then ask them where is my product. I am told that as it is home appliances it is not at the point of withdrawal but directly in the radius. There you have to find a salesman and then go and get even his product in a "special" department (you had to guess). Back at the stand, 2 people in front of me but an endless queue. After 15 "good" minutes of waiting, I went to the minute box.
But what works badly!
I lost my time.
I would not go back by this service and strongly advise against it ...
