We had Emma on the underground history tour and she was great. Spoke really well and kept everyone engaged. My complaint really is just the overall attraction. It s boring and you only get to see 6 rooms or so that are all pretty much the same. Neat but not something worth an hour of your time. And it s not something super historical but just some hidden rooms where some poor buggers had to live because conditions sucked in the 1700 s.
