I'm in Edmonton, Alberta, where there aren't any great local options for MTM/bespoke shirts. I've tried a few online places, and Proper Cloth is the best by a country mile. Awesome customer service, and great shirt construction. Prices end up a little high when you convert to CAD and factor in shipping, but quality ain't cheap.
