This is the very first Starbucks so it is a must see for Starbucks fans to visit. Yes, it is very crowded but it is on the street of Pike Place Market so it is to be expected and tourists visit from all over the world. This Starbucks sells mugs that you cannot order online or at any other Starbucks. You can only walk into this original Starbucks and personally buy them. They are actually sold for huge dollar amounts on ebay. Also, yes you can go to the other Starbucks around the corner and get the same drinks but that is not why people are coming here. We enjoy coming here and buying the different, unattainable mugs and watching the extremely happy people cram in from all over the world to see the very first Starbucks that started it all.
