Stayed in one of the junior suites. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had a bath and a shower, and a TV in the room, all in working order. Large flat screen TV in main bedroom (which you can plug a dvd player Into if you are so inclined - HDMI ports). All the usual amenities in the room; tea, coffee, hot chocolate, still water. Towels and robes provided, toiletries etc. Safe and an iron in the wardrobe. Lots of plug sockets if you have devices to charge. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was a little hot but the room comes with a fan that does a good job.

The spa area is clean and in working order, but the pool is a little small. Towels are provided by the hotel. Comprises of steam room, sauna, pool and attached jacuzzi. There are treatments available at extra cost. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The best thing about our stay here was the food. Absolutely exquisite meal served at dinner time.

Also, Rowton Hall is in a lovely location and is a short drive from Chester town centre. Well worth a visit.
