I Called her office her office to see why my auto policy came back higher than what i was quoted, no one called me back. i had to call twice the next day to get an answer to why my auto rates were higher, finally i got to talk to Angie and she didn't have a reason for me just that it was some system error. i asked her why no one called me to inform me rate changed from what i was quoted and why no one called me back. Her tone changed in her voice,she was really short and rude to me when i asked more question to what she means by system error. I left her office to go to another state farm office where i get great service and all my questions answered promptly.
