Yesterday I made the hour trip there to get my normal ring check up. The weather was starting to get bad and I had my infant and 3 year old with me. The security guard had the door opened and waiting for me. When I got in a young gentleman got me checked in and said it would be about two hours, which I had no problem with. Numerous people including himself checked on me to make sure I didn t need a drink or any help to my car with an umbrella. I was waiting for the rain to die down to try and get to the car. After about ten minutes the gentleman came over and said he was getting my ring checked out and cleaned right away so I wouldn t have to wait or leave and come back later. I appreciated that so much and it made my day so much easier to be able to wait a few minutes and then head right home. My rings turned out amazingly beautiful as always!
