This company has an A+ rating with the BBB and clearly do not deserve it. Please go to Better Business Bureau to report this company so their rating can be changed. They are disrespectful, rude and arrogant. The companies that are choosing to use them need to know how they respect their customers. They do not deserve the one star that they were given.
