Wow! Excellent hotel. My boyfriend and I booked this spot through Groupon and were so impressed by everything- from the cleanliness of the rooms to the kindness of the staff. We arrived late, about 11:30pm on Sunday, and were greeted with smiles. The lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered names) went above and beyond. We got a room upgrade, still not sure why, but that was really nice. She directed us to the nearest convenience store and gave us plenty of information on the hotel. Our room was beautiful, city views, a comfortable bed, very clean. I am a bit of a clean freak myself, and was so pleased. Yes, the rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side as I ve seen in other reviews. However, this certainly did not take away from our experience. The location is a walk away from Pike Place, lots of great restaurants, the Smith Tower, and other must see spots. The hotel also does a wine tasting from 5-6! Nice touch. We saved money having a couple glasses there before heading out to dinner. We were also able to check out late, as it was our last day in Seattle and we were leaving that evening. The latest we could check out was 1pm, however the staff allowed us to leave our luggage for the rest of the day so we could continue to sight see without carrying our bags around. Such a relief. I would definitely reccomend this spot and cannot say enough about how great they made our little vacation. Thank you! We will be back!
