Rentmonster is a fantastic company! As someone who moved here from Boston, where most tenants pay a full month's rent in realtor fees, I was amazed to discover Rentmonster's service was free to tenants and even more stunned to see the care their team puts into working with clients like us. Zach helped us search for apartments on two separate occasions and did an incredible job of compiling a list of places that best matched our long wishlist. He is super knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods in town, too. We always recommend them to friends looking for a new place.
