rude and unprofessional Casino staff this place is absolutely wrong to treat guest the way they do especially when they spend lot of money , refusing me entry cause my Louboutin sleepers were not to her test yes that blonde girl at the front desk, we are in 2020 maybe they should wake up and follow fashion a little! only in that casino I was refused entry and god knows I've been all over the world in the most high end places ! shame on them trust me if it was said politely I would have understood but the way she spoke to me was not acceptable and rude after years managing the poker room at the Aria in Las Vegas I never saw that petty attitude to a guest, I would have fired her on the spot and they should re write their policy if they want to stay in business.
