we checked into the parkroyal penang on the 06/08/16 me and my wife on our honeymoon it was our 2nd stop they gave us a room that was not upto expectation it felt like i was on a back packing tour we asked for a different room and we told them we would pay the difference they said only 1 room is avaluable and its a suit and the fee was 17** RM and my rooms fee was 8**RM they did not even deduct any thing and my travel agent noted that we are honeymooners soo we found another place to stay and checked out on with in 2 hour of checking in they did not even refund us and we had very good service in our other 2 hotles
