I have been dealing with Grant at Ray White in Woden since January. I have been promised the world and received nothing. Responses to emails usually take 4-6 weeks, and if I don t follow up myself I would likely just receive nothing. I have dealt with several real estate agents in Canberra and Sydney and this is seriously the worst experience I have ever had. Unresponsive, incorrect information and advice, and just generally being treated like dirt. I would not recommend Ray White Woden and Grant to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution if you decide to go ahead. I have had to cancel my children s enrolment in the catchment area schools because the house (not a home any longer as I am so disappointed and disillusioned) I was promised would be finished inJuly has not even commenced building in July. Costings promised in March have still not been provided. Just a horrible experience all up. Do not go with this agent.
