We were looking to buy our first car and Garry helped us find a good deal on a used hybrid. Garry answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of time to look at it by ourselves. Everyone at the store was very helpul and the mechanic made some minor adjustments on the spot.

However, when it came time to buy the car, they never asked us who is buying the car, and they only put my partner's name on the paperwork, despite me being the one on the phone with the bank and my being involved in every step of the decision.

EDIT: when we got the car, the safety inspection sheet and service records showed it didn't have any issues, but on the ride home, the suspension felt soft. A third-party mechanic told us the suspension is worn out and needs a number of parts replaced. We're hoping that we can work something out to get the car in the shape it was promised to be in. We will update this review when this issue is resolved.
