If I could give Matt a negative rating for the way...

If I could give Matt a negative rating for the way he has handled a small case, the value would represent the service he has provided his client. He continues, in emails, to say, "I promise I will call you back and let you know the status," but time and time again, we receive excuse after excuse about why he didn't get the work done he stated he "set time aside to complete." It is four months later and all there is to show for the $ we've paid upfront are rediculous excuses.......The dog ate my homework, I got run over by a bus and broke my leg....How can this be ethical in the eyes of the legal board?? Lawyers like Matt are how the rest of the hard working, diligent attorneys get a bad rap. . I wonder what the Board would say about the ethics of his work? Or lack there of.........
