When my parents first moved in their apartment, the staff was wonderful & curtious (Amy was the absolute best). During these past two years, the quality of the apartments has decreased tremendously. There are several things broken & need replacing. Many ticket request have been made and nothing has been done. When my mother used to call and complain, I thought she was over exaggerating but being here for a couple months, I've witnessed the negligence first hand. The bedroom doors have been broken over a year. The laundry room doors have been broken almost two years. The blinds for the patio door have been falling off. The latest issue has been the dishwashers. The water has been inside so long, it smells. The entire apartment needs a face lift.
