I ordered a gift for a friend which was received very quickly after it was ordered. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mix-up and I received someone else's order (they received mine). The error was quickly identified and I returned the item, the postage being refunded as soon as the item was received by Rugby Plus. My order arrived with three working days of my returning the item I'd received. The extra item included was both a nice touch and appreciated.
Cathy, whom I spoke to, was both helpful and very pleasant in the phone. I accept that errors sometimes happen, but the way in which they're dealt with makes all the difference. The very efficient manner in which this was dealt with means that I will have no hesitation buying from Rugby Plus in future.
