Do not sign here unless you can get them to include the shuttle in your leasing agreement!!!! I repeat, DO NOT sign the leasing agreement without the shuttle included because they will hold it against you every single time the shuttle stops working (Which is ALL the time!!!!!). My roommates and I have had to spend hundreds of dollars to pay to park on campus or uber home when the shuttle stops working. Anytime you ask them to reimburse you for the fees you have had to pay, they claim they aren t required to provide transportation to campus since it is not in the leasing agreement and that the shuttle is just an amenity. The woods uses false advertisement for a private shuttle for class and doesn t even back up that claim. These people are truly terrible and will do anything to scam every single cent out of their residents. They will realize in the long run, they are loosing so much money from nobody wanting to live here anymore just to save a cent on not getting their residents the transportation they need for class for an apartment complex advertised as STUDENT LIVING. We pay way too much money to live here to be paying all the additional costs of getting to and from class
