I tried to place an order to go. Phone rang about 10 times which I understand...they're busy. But once answered, the girl tried to pass the call to someone else who said "they're gonna have to wait. I'm busy." Uhhh...I get it...you're busy. But as a loyal customer, I shouldn't have had to hear this making me feel like I was bothering them. It's a shame they don't know how to be tactful. On my way to burger king down the street.
