I signed up for the program through Costco. It started off pretty smooth, but over the last several months I had had issues with my products being delivered on time, and if they are not going to be on time, I am not receiving a phone call to inform me of the delay. Every month I call to check the status of my delivery. As a customer, they should be reaching out to the customer to I form him/ her of any issues that arise. I have had the service for a year, but I am truly researching other options because of my dissatisfaction. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They have never once offered to credit my account more that like $7.00 due to all the inconveniences. They are also suppose to be mailing out my bill each month and it's like I get a bill every three months. And then they want to charge my account $3.00 a month for monthly bills I am not receiving. I do NOT recommend this service!
