Israel M was a great person he was very personable. I told him everybody thought I was nuts and nothing was wrong. He proved that I was right. He told me everything that he had to do which I really liked. He solved the problem as it seemed a spider made its home in the gas valve. Again, I was very impressed with the service I got.
