The software is fine. However, for 9 months I have been promised integration between this software and my social secretariat. I was therefore assured in January 2020 that the integration would be done by the end of February. In February I am assured that it will be ready without fail by the end of March. In March, I am told that we will have to wait until June. In June, Skello tells me that he is really sorry but that everything will be ready by the end of August and that this deadline is overestimated (so that everything should be finished in July, the deadline at the end of August allows for a 'security '). We are at the end of September and so here it is 9 months that I await a development which was promised to me in January ... I have since lost dozens of hours of work because of manipulations which would have been avoided by the dis development.



This is how you transform a very happy customer who is an ambassador for your company into a person who is quite bitter about the experience offered by Skello.

In short, the software is excellent but don't make the mistake of believing that they can adapt the software to your needs. If they promise you deadlines, know that they will not be respected.
