Went to Bridgehouse for birthday celebration in one of the Cabana, 15 minutes before time was up, I asked for the check to make sure we were out on time . Manager came back 3 times and used 3 different cards from different people/banks all declined. 30 minutes later and passed our slotted time they literally were rude throwing out bags with lap tops and told us to leave . For the 3 cards we called each bank, each bank said IF there was a decline there would be a record and there shouldn't be any problem we were good to go. According to the credit card company they never used the card. We used the cards later that evening with no problem. I don't know if this was intentionally or not, it was truly an embarrassing and just treated so poorly. There was 14 of us we spent $675, and everyone that was there that evening will never go back there again.
