I had two leaking headlamp assemblies which were defective. I returned them to Rock Auto and waited for them to be received so I would have a credit. The parts were not available on the website when the return was processed. After the return parts were received by Rock Auto - in the process of reordering new as parts on order # 163945968 it did not log a credit and my credit card charged for the full amount. I made a mistake. Now I have a credit balance I wanted to get this credit balance back, but there s no option or person to talk to. Now I have to wait for another need to use this credit good for 5 years. At 69 years old I really don t appreciate this. I agree Rock Auto has good prices, but customer service isn t good.
