The HR Director Angela has treated me badly; is there a way to keep a conversation in a humane and civil manner. "El que nada teme; nada esconde!" I worked with this company for about ten months with perfect attendance through Appleone; they didn't give me the opportunity to convert as a company employee. I wish Sierra Aluminum would hear out my questions, concerns, and feedback. I expect better from the HR team. As we advance things will get better.
