The room was beautiful, but initially not given the room we booked. Fortunately, the duty manager helped us and sorted us an up to standard room.
Seem understaffed as room service would take forever (nearly 2 hours), and when trying to book the onsite restaurant (steakhouse because the others were closed), the staff never got round to ever booking our table, or advising us about a dress code. Fortunately, a nearby hotel/restaurant accommodated us so that we could enjoy our anniversary.
