I continue to have my Ford Escape serviced at NorthStar Ford LLC because of the excellent and prompt service I have experienced each time we have had the oil changed, etc. Prior to the Escape I had 7 Explorers and had excellent service with each one. If I have a question about my vehicle, they take the time to examine my vehicle and come back promptly with recommendations.
