Awful place to rent from, but as a previous tenant...

Awful place to rent from, but as a previous tenant, my main complaint was being home and having men walk into my home at any moments notice with out any notification. Multiple times I was home in bed, or just gotten out of the shower to the sound sound of someone coming up your stairs is terrifying... I don't see how this is legal. Women be warned. northcutt does not care about your privacy or respect your rights as a tenant.
