I have just contacted Watchdog about this, its an absolute joke. Emails go in a loop with automated responses, they keep asking for my original compliant and when I reply it says 'inbox full'!!! So i email through website and get another automated response!!!



My local store in dartford said the issue with non-deliveries is still happening and they cannot get answers either they get the phone hung up on them!

Think carefully before using the online grocery ordering.............you may regret it!!!
