Walked into S. E. Needams knowing nothing about rings. Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised when it was all said and done.
I was lucky enough to be helped by Taylor Hansen. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Helped me understand the process and my different options. He worked with my schedule very well. I told him my price range, he found me the best bang for my buck and was never pushy along the way.
Needhams was my first stop. I shopped around at multiple different jewelry stores after my first visit (which they suggested I do). I Ended up going back to Needhams knowing they were the best choice. I felt I was being dealt with fairly, and honestly. There was no other store I visited that had the jewelry knowledge Needhams did.
The ring I purchased was in house custom made. They gave me a great price and a great warranty. Taylor kept in contact with me through the process, making sure every little detail was the way I wanted and that I was 100% satisfied. Dealing with him, he helped me feel like I was not just another $$, but a customer that mattered. Even after the purchase was made and he received his money, he still checks in every once in a while to hear about the proposal/wedding plans. When he very easily could have chalked it up as another sale and never looked back.
I am very pleased with my experience I had at S. E. Needhams Jewelers. Equally pleased with my experience with Taylor and appreciative of all the imformation, peace of mind, and help he provided me. I definitely recommend them, and will be back with any future jewelry needs.
