we were 'sold' to this company by a previous company. Never really felt very comfortable by this new company and will change provider soon.

June 2018 update. To my regret, my wife convinced me not to change service. Happy wife = happy life, so I stuck with these amateurs. The customer service is non-existent. They were supposed to fix something, came out for a $150 minimum service call, it was broken again same night, asked them to call me, and a month later they still haven't done so, even though there must have been an error message in their system since. Don't waste your money on these folks. Much more sophisticated system are available these days with much better customer service
