Almost 100% fail. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) UPS fails to deliver to my house, leaving one of their posties with 0 information on it and despite my signature on said postie. 4) UPS charges me an extra $5 to redirect to this store. 5) After receiving email notification that the package had arrived, I wasted an hour driving to the store and waiting around while the teenage employees could not find the package and repeatedly asked me my name. They had no clue if it was there or not. I left empty handed. 6) I receive a call from one of them later saying the package had "arrived." Thinking the situation was improving, I returned the next day to pick it up. Several more "what is your name, again"'s and more rooting around in the 2 visible piles of boxes and to no avail. Keep in mind that this store is all of 300 sq ft, most if it consumed by a counter and some giant copying machines. I'm standing around for another 1/2 hour with an increasing frown on my face, oddly the only customer during this time. At one point all three employees are poking around in boxes with dumb looks on their faces. Finally one of them finds my package which looks like it's been thrown out of a truck and run over. I sign and leave, thankful that I haven't lost my temper yet. I don't know what happened; UPS used to be a competent company, but that, apparently, is the past. Incidentally my mood improved after I drove to USPS to pick up another package, where the friendly government employee quickly retrieves my package and gives me a smile and "Have a nice day."
