Very poor customer service. Guaranteed by Sears to give you the run around. Such a big organization and they dont have one person who can pick that phone and answer customer issues. Most of the time you will be stuck on the phone for at least 2 hours. Once you make a payment online, then you are on the receiving end.. you will be lucky if you get your delivery on time.
Customer service is in China land or some other country. Customer reps have two standard sentence handy.."We are not in America", and "We are not allowed to talk about this".
