Generally, I have had good and bad experiences with this store. I had better experience in Toronto. It is a hit and miss with this store's staff. More so on certain department. The good ones deserve more than 5-stars review. The bad one would compel me to give a less than one-star review. Fortunately, we have a good MEC online store now which saves me trip to the store after work.
