I have been a customer of IDBI BANK Ltd for a long time now and I must say that their services are average. While they have a decent online banking interface and offer a variety of banking solutions, I feel that their customer support could be improved. The waiting times on calls are often lengthy and the staff can be unresponsive at times. Overall, an average banking experience.
