Everything was fine, even the custom and security were super nice and efficient. **Except the staff who arrange the custom line up*** who pissed me off very much. That female staff with glasses and mid age was very emotional, and she blamed me for it... I was shocked why she said that. She thought my dad on wheel chair with the staff went by his own, so I explained we were together, just the mobility service moved too fast away from us ( we were running to trace them with another 2 seniors we were bring ing along), but she didn't listen to what I said and pushed us away spoke loudly in front of my face, she was very emotional and randomly picked someone to bullied. My husband spoke to her again that we were together, then she realized she was wrong, but she said we didn't tell her properly..." Seriously?" So I spoke to her calmly that "this is what I just told you about". Then you would never expect how loose control of her emotional is.... She spoke even louder and said "excuse me, calm down, I'm just doing my job!"... Whooo! This is ridiculous attitude of her. I don't know what triggered her emotion, but she was calm to the airlibe crew at our back and another passenger by herself alone. So, she picked me just because I was taking 3seniors with me? Because of my appearance? She even tried to exercise her authority to make me in trouble for no reason. I will definitely escalate it any ways I can, to the bottom of it. I was visiting States for getting family reunion, I am not there to be insulted by how her mood goes. It was happened this morning at after 9:30pm and she was the only staff for the custom line because there almost empty at the gate this early.
