After going through some serious testing, ordered by her doctor, and performed at one of the Doctors Building, my sister s doctor felt it necessary to admit her. That admission took over 4 hours! She sat in a waiting room, in pain, for over 2 hours before being moved to an ER room, where she sat again for over 2 1/2 hours, before being moved to an actual hospital room. She had to have additional testing the next morning and ultimately had a heart procedure. After which, she was left to sit in a tiny outpatient room, in an uncomfortable outpatient bed, with a curtain, no tv, and not a lot of privacy or rest, for 8 hours!! How is that taking care of a patient!?
